Certificates & Compliance

Are your products CE certified?

Yes. Our key PPE items are CE certified under MDR 2017/745 with Notified Body 2862.

Do you hold ISO 13485 certification?

Yes. Our manufacturing system is certified by Intertek under ISO 13485:2016.

Do you have Declaration of Conformity (DoC) for each product?

Yes. All CE-marked items have corresponding DoC documents available on request.

Product Capabilities

Can your PPE be used in hospitals and clean rooms?

Yes. Our non-sterile and sterile products cover healthcare, food processing, and light industrial applications.

Do you offer custom colors, sizes, or logos?

Yes. We support OEM/ODM, including packaging customization.

Orders & Samples

What is your MOQ?

Standard MOQ is 10,000 units per product, but we can support trial orders for new customers.

Do you provide free samples?

Yes. Samples are available and shipping can be billed or refunded against bulk orders.

What is your typical production lead time?

Normally 15–25 days, depending on item type and quantity.

Payment & Shipping

What are your payment terms?

We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment), LC, and other negotiable terms.

Which port do you ship from?

Mainly from Shanghai Port. Alternatives available upon request.

Do you offer CIF/DDP service?

Yes. We work with global freight forwarders to arrange sea or air shipment as needed.

After-Sales & Factory Support

Do you offer after-sales service?

Yes. We provide assistance for claims and replacements if product quality issues arise.

Can I visit your factory or arrange an audit?

Yes. Factory visits are welcome. We also support third-party inspection and audit services.
